About me| My name is Judy B. Whitson...I have been quilting since 1990. I am a member of the West AL Quilters Guild of Tuscaloosa AL. My first quilt was a Dresden Plate made for my daughter's graduation from High School. Everyone in the family quilted on it. Then I made a Bear's Paw for my son, king-size.Then I designed and made an Alabama Stars and Bars for my nephew, who was on the 1992 Championship University of AL football team, #84. I love to design and hand piece and hand quilt. I have made six patterns of my own. I was an Art Major at the University of AL at one time and loved using my artistic talents drawing on cakes and then designing quilting patterns. I hope you enjoy seeing my different designs and patterns. |
